Deliveries
We deliver our furniture usually within a time period to suit both sides, subject to availability of all components.
Guarantees
All our furniture carries a 5 year frame and construction guarantee against faulty workmanship and/or faulty materials. Cushion fillings and coverings are guaranteed for one year from the delivery date. We do not guarantee any Fabric supplied by you the client. This does not affect your statutory rights.
These guarantees do not cover fair wear and tear, neglect, abuse or misuse, loss or damage due to unreasonable exposure to water or weather; loss or damage due to fire, smoke, explosion, lightening, sunlight, animals, infestation by animals or insects, theft, accidental damage or loss caused by a third party.
We cannot accept responsibility for any advertising, pictures or claims made on any other web site.

Time of Order
We ask for a deposit of 25% of the purchase price when you order your furniture. The balance is payable on or before delivery. We accept all major credit/debit cards except American Express.
Returns Policy
Because bespoke furniture is created for, and is unique to you, it does not have an automatic right to return it. Should there ever be a reason to return your custom made furniture, there is a 90% restocking fee, we cannot offer a full refund due to the nature of the order
